Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a non-invasive, gentle healing experience, assisting the body with its natural ability to heal itself. It uses muscle monitoring to assess your mental, emotional, spiritual, structural and physical states.

Kinesiology sessions create profound and long-lasting shifts. Kinesiology “talks to your body”, using muscle testing, to find where you are holding old, out-dated patterning and stress in your subconscious. By releasing these patterns, we unlock abundant energy, flow, connection, and achieve a state of balance and homeostasis.

In an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology, session I work with the body’s meridians, chakras, five elements and the Aura. I use a wide variety of vibrational remedies such as essential oils, flower essences, crystals, sound, energy healing, affirmations, temporal tapping and more.

Each Kinesiology balance is unique because it is determined by the responses gained from muscle monitoring.

“ The Bars," are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. By gently touching these points we can dissolve any limiting beliefs with ease. Having your bars run can create greater possibilities in your life than you can imagine.

Reiki + chakra Balance

All Reiki treatments at my Home practice in Oakleigh will begin with a coaching discussion to establish the focus and intention of the session. You will have a chance to talk through the struggles you might be experiencing in life, and what you’re hoping to achieve through Reiki.

You will then experience a full Reiki energy healing with crystals, to amplify the effect of Reiki energy. You’ll lie on the Reiki table fully clothed, with a blanket and an eye mask over your eyes. The practitioner will then channel Reiki energy to you, and you may feel their hands resting on or just above your body.

Afterwards, we will debrief about your experience, and you’ll be guided in your next steps. You can also take home the Crystal Chakra set specifically used in your personal Reiki energy healing session.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Distance Reiki or Kinesiology

A distant Reiki treatment influences your Energy Field, to improve your well-being. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or emotional or mental pain.

In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen life force flows through all living things and that this life force can be harnessed to promote healing.

First, we will connect via teleconference so you can meet your practitioner face to face online. Your Reiki therapist will check in with you, and find out if there is anything you would like us to focus on in your session.

Then, you will experience a beautiful distant Reiki healing. We will disconnect the video, and you will lie down comfortably on your couch or bed. You will have the opportunity to fully relax while Reiki energy is channelled to you via Distant Reiki healing.

Afterwards, you will reconnect online to discuss how you felt during the distant Reiki treatment. You will be given guidance on how to continue your healing journey from there. Your fully charged Crystal Chakra Stones will be mailed to you after the session.
